This vast area is home of 60 different species of odonatan it’s ideal to combine with bird watching. The wide range of habitats… coastal marshes, lagoons, river mouths and mountain streams provide unique conditions to enjoy a large number of species in your trip or break.

We aim to design the most customized and high-quality trip according to the client’s wishes to maximized the best sightings and photographs possibilities of birds, dragonflies & damselflies.

Timing

The best time of year for this trip is either Spring or Summer (Late March to early October).

It is worth to distinguish that recently a new species has been discovered in the mountain streams of Valencia. The Cazuma Pincertail (Onychogomphus cazuma). This could give you a clear understating about the richness and the potential of this area for designing one or more trips.
