Mediterranean roots
The enchanting city of Valencia is surrounded by extremely diverse natural environments, with a rich bio-diversity and some amazing protected nature reserves. The autonomous region of the Valencian Community is home to 22 designated Natural Parks. In addition to the natural diversity, the region also boasts an exceptional cultural, historical and gastronomy richness just waiting to be explored.

Visit Natura is owned and operated by Yanina Maggiotto, Ornithologist, Licensed in Tourism and specialized in Bird Watching and wild photography, is also certified as a professional tour guide.
Yanina Maggiotto was born in Argentina and has been passionate about wildlife since her childhood. She moved to Spain in 2002 and fell in love with the Albufera de Valencia Natural Park, where she now lives with her family.
For the past 6 years, she has been President of the Birding Guides Association in the region of the Valencian Community, acting as a consultant on eco-tourism and bird watching, she has also been attending to national and international bird shows to promote the area.
She is heavily involved in numerous local conservation projects and bird census.

We design and provide bespoke bird watching, wildlife & photography trips for individuals, couples, groups and families, based on the needs of the client.
Our key operating philosophy is to offer tailor made activities and experiences, focusing on the bird & wildlife, the environment, natural history, eco-systems, culture and local history. Rather than simply offering a standard product, we encourage our clients to discuss with us their priorities and budgets, and based upon those, we design and propose specific trips.

The organization is accredited by the Department of the Environment and Tourism, and holds the prestigious certificate of the official brand of the Natural Parks, guaranteeing best practice and environmental responsibility.
